Booking Confirmation ▪ Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. ▪ A confirmation email will be sent to you once your booking is successfully processed. 2. Payment ▪ Prices are inclusive of all taxes, fuel charges, toll fees and parking. 3. Waiting Time & Additional Charges ▪ For airport pick-ups, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. ▪ For all other locations, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. ▪ Additional waiting time will be charged at HKD100/ 15 minutes. ▪ Late-night or early-morning transfers (between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM) will incur a HKD200 surcharge. 4. Amendments ▪ Any changes to your booking (e.g., date, time, or location) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 5. Safety and Conduct ▪ All passengers must wear seat belts at all times during the journey. ▪ Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle.
