All You Need To Know

Booking

To book a tour, simply fill out the Book Now form.  We’ll get back to you (usually within 24 hours) with our detailed suggestions for your customized program and pricing information. Bookings are subject to our availability and are on a first come, first served basis.

Payment

- Cash Payment

All the payment is made at the end of the tour by cash. We accept both Hong Kong Dollar and US Dollar. For your reference, we adopt a constant exchange rate of 1 USD to 7.8 HKD. Tipping is welcome at your own discretion.

- Credit Card Payment

If you would prefer online payment, please let us know at the time of booking and we will arrange a secure online payment link for you. Please note that for online payment, International transaction fees will be applied. 

Food & Beverage

All the food and beverage consumed during the tours are at the visitor’s own costs. But don’t worry! According to our past experience, the charge is usually minimal. Mandy and Apple knows best where to find good eats with friendly prices, so get ready to start a culinary adventure with us! Other expenditures such as souvenirs, entrance fees (where applicable) into parks and museums are also not included.

Transportation

- Public Transportation

Getting around is a breeze in Hong Kong as the city has one of the most modern and efficient transportation systems in the world. Since some of our tours include traveling by public transportation, we highly recommend you to get an Octopus Card in any MTR station. Costing you HKD150 which includes a HKD50 refundable deposit and HKD100 value, the Octopus Card can be used for paying in all public transport and so much more.

- Private Transportation

For visitors who prefer to have private vehicles arranged for them, we are happy to tell you that we have a selection of a stylish Tesla 5-seater / classic BMW 5-seater / comfortable Toyota 7-seater Please let us know at the time of booking, and we will provide more detailed information about the price and availability of your preferred vehicle.  

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation By You

For your convenience, pre-payment is not required for reserving our tours. We run our tours based on mutual trust and commitment. Therefore, your respect is highly appreciated and it is hoped that you will not cancel the booking once it is confirmed. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you really have to cancel the booking, please do let us know as soon as possible by all means. Cancellation fee applies.

- Cancellation Due To Bad Weather 

In the case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be contacted prior to the tour, in general, no later than 3 hours prior the tour. We will reach you by email, phone calls and SMS. The final decision whether or not to go ahead with the scheduled tour remains at our sole discretion. In the event of any cancellation by us, you will not need to pay. Tours will be automatically cancelled in the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 8 and 10, a Red and Black Rainstorm signal.
