Will the tours be guided by people other than the two of you?

Accepted Answer

No. All the tours are guided by either Mandy or Apple, depending on their availability and schedule.

Question 2

Do you offer hotel /airport /cruise terminal pick up?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do. We will meet you at your hotel, the airport or arriving cruise terminal. If you prefer, we can also meet you at anywhere that works best for you.

Question 3

Can you arrange private transportation for us?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can. Whether it is airport transfer or private transportation during tours, we can help to arrange either a Tesla 5-seater, BMW 5-seater or a Toyata 7-seater at an extra cost. For bigger groups, we can also arrange bigger coaches such as 28-seater and 49-seater. Please contact us for the exact quote and vehicle availability.

Can you cater to my specific dietary needs (e.g. vegetarian, gluten free)?"

Yes. Please let us know about your dietary needs at the time of booking, we will ensure your needs are taken care of. As Hong Kong is famous for its great variety of food, we will make sure you get to try some authentic local delicacies carefree!

Do you have any discount for kids?

Accepted Answer

Kids under 15 years old are all FREE OF CHARGE, and we love kids! This applies to their age at the time of booking.

Do you accept online payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do. If you would prefer online payment, please let us know and we will arrange a secure online payment link for you. Please note that for online payment, International transaction fees will be applied.

Can I bring my baby stroller on the tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. Most of the places that we visit are baby stroller friendly. However, Hong Kong's streets are famous for being very narrow and crowded, there may be times that you may need to fold the baby stroller.

Are your walking tours suitable for people who are less physically active?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For all our walking tours, we will be using public transportations (i.e. metro, bus, tram, ferry, taxi) extensively. We would love to show you a lot about Hong Kong, but your safety and comfort is our top priority. We will also ensure frequent bathroom breaks during tours. For those who are travelling with wheelchairs, private transportation is recommended.

Do you have a standard itinerary for every tour?

Not really. All our tours are tailor made to suit your interests and preferences. We will have a thorough discussion with you before the tour, and create a customised itinerary just for you. We also value high degree of flexibility, and therefore it is possible that we will adjust the itinerary during tour.

Do you accept same day booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes we generally do if we still have availabiliy on that day. However, we strongly recommend you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
